Naples Condos Are A Bargain

An interesting article recently appeared on the CNNMoney.com site which talks about how the prices of Naples condominiums over the past few years have risen, until recently.  The rise in prices for condominiums in the Naples area made it difficult for many people to purchase either a retirement or vacation condo.

The median sold prices have dropped about 17 percent from the highest median price.  Plus there is a glut of condominiums currently on the market and “that means now might be the time for the skittish to come off the sidelines.”

The article concludes with the following “There’s choice now, and they might be able to negotiate a better deal.” For this ritzy enclave, that kind of opportunity doesn’t come around often.
